The North Kingstown Women’s Club is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and is open to all women of Rhode Island, not just North Kingstown residents. Luncheon meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month from October through May (no meeting in January), followed by a special June Adventure the first Wednesday in June. Dues for the year are $25 and the cost of the luncheon is $25 per month. The luncheon meetings begin at 11 am and consist of a business meeting detailing the club’s activities, followed by lunch and entertainment.

There are many social groups that meet throughout the month including a Book Group, Crafting Group and Walking Group. There are also volunteer opportunities through the club’s Sunshine Committee as well as the North Kingstown Food Pantry. Taking on a Board Position or being a Committee Chair is also a great way to get involved.

The fundraising (emphasis on fun!) that the club does consists of a Christmas Boutique every December that raffles off items donated by our members and the local community. We also have 50/50 raffles at some of our luncheon meetings and members host Pot Lucks throughout the year. These funds are used for monthly donations to local charities as well as scholarships in May for high school senior girls.
